Limber Badges




In order to complete a level of mastery, you must complete a number of repetitions. Here are the specific repetitions required for these badges:

Stretch
  1.      Perform basic stretches before exercise  (35 to level)  +5 xp
  2.      Perform regular stretches before and after exercise (35 to level)  +10 xp
  3.      Perform rigorous stretches before and after exercise (40 to level) +12 xp
  4.      Perform stretches before, in the middle, and after exercise (40 to master) +15 xp
Yoga for Winners
1.       Do yoga or Tai chi for 20 minutes (10 to level)
2.       Do yoga or Tai chi for 30 minutes (12 to level)
3.       Do yoga or Tai chi for 40 minutes (14 to level)
4.       Do yoga or Tai chi for one hour (20 to master)
