Badges for Walk/Run





In order to complete a level of mastery, you must complete a number of repetitions. Here are the specific repetitions required for these badges: 

 Treading Rubber
1.       Walk or Run on a treadmill for 15 minutes (10 to level)
2.       Walk or Run on a treadmill for 25 minutes (12 to level)
3.       Walk or Run on a treadmill for 35 minutes (14 to level)
4.       Walk or Run on a treadmill for 45 minutes (20 to master)

Treading Pavement
1.       Walk or run outside for 20 minutes (12 to level)
2.       Walk or run outside for 30 minutes (14 to level)
3.       Walk or run outside for 40 minutes (16 to level)
4.       Walk or run outside for 50 minutes (22 to master)
